Another repeat of the previous two gameweeks for the most transferred and captained player. Heung Min Son and Mohamed Salah took those accolades, respectively.

Gameweek 28 Captain Choice

By his own incredible high standards, Mohamed Salah has been slightly off form over the past few gameweeks. Nevertheless, with a home fixture to Watford, he is the obvious captain choice for Gameweek 28.

Elsewhere, Arsenal vs Bournemouth presents captain opportunities. Usually Pierre Aubameyang would be the first contender, however, with Alexandre Lacazette scoring 4 in the past 5 games, the form is with the Frenchman. Furthermore, Aubameyang started on the bench in Gameweek 27. It results in a tough choice for those who fancy this fixture.

Then of course there is Man City vs West Ham. Man City at home to any team should be result in captaincy thoughts. With that said though, Man City are coming off 120 minutes of action in the League Cup final, in which Sergio Aguero and Raheem Sterling played all of them. Both will probably start but are now an increased risk of rotation. However, with Gabriel Jesus being ruled out, Aguero may be forced to play even if he needs the rest.
