Who Are the World Cup Penalty Takers?

In any fantasy football game knowing who the penalty takers are is vital – and the World Cup is no different.

29 penalties were awarded in the 2018 World Cup which is nearly a penalty every two matches!

VAR has seemingly been more lenient on the award of penalties in 2022 but that could well change for the World Cup.

Having a player that’s on penalty duties can often be the difference between winning a mini-league and not.

So, while having a penalty taker isn’t paramount, it’s certainly an advantage.
