Plenty of professional footballers play Fantasy Premier League, and a few are rather good at it. Here is a league table of the players we know about, with their points, overall ranks and who they captained.

Are Premier League players allowed to play FPL?
Yes. Neither FPL nor the FA prohibits it, and a number of professionals play openly.
Individual clubs are less relaxed about it, because a player’s transfers could leak team news — buying your own goalkeeper the week before a fixture tells anyone watching something they should not know yet. Players have been formally warned about selecting teammates for that reason, so it is safe to assume more play under an alias than admit to it.
