Write For Us

If you know Fantasy Premier League well and can write about it clearly, we’d like to hear from you. We publish a small amount and hold it to a high standard, so we would rather have one good piece a month than four ordinary ones.

Before you pitch

We don’t accept guest posts in exchange for links, sponsored content, or articles with a client link embedded. We also don’t publish AI-written copy. If that is what you are offering, this isn’t the page you want — and we’d rather say so here than in a reply.

What we publish

Anything that genuinely helps an FPL manager make a better decision. In practice that means gameweek tips, strategy pieces, chip planning, analysis of a trend other people have not written about yet, and honest post-mortems when something went wrong.

We’re particularly short of writers who know Champions League Fantasywell. UCL Fantasy has a different scoring system, a different rhythm and far fewer people covering it properly — if that is your game, get in touch even if you have never written for a site before.

What we don’t need is another “top five captain picks” article. That ground is covered, including by our own captain picks tool. Pitch us the thing nobody else is writing.

What we expect

  • Real knowledge of FPL — you play it, and have done for seasons rather than weeks
  • Writing that reads well without editing, in your own voice rather than a generic one
  • Claims backed by numbers, with the source named where it matters
  • A point of view. We would rather publish an argument we disagree with than a summary of the consensus
  • Accuracy, and a willingness to be corrected when you get something wrong
  • Reliability — if you say a piece is coming before the deadline, it needs to arrive before the deadline

What you get

A full byline, with your name and social links attributed to every piece, and promotion across our channels. Nothing is published anonymously or under a house name.

Your work reaches a substantial audience of active FPL managers, which is worth more than most portfolio pieces — it is documentable experience writing for a site people actually read. Contributors who stick around get a profile on our about page alongside the rest of the team.

How to pitch

Email [email protected] or message us on X. Tell us three things:

  • Your FPL team ID— it tells us more about whether you know the game than a CV does
  • One specific idea, not a list of topics you could cover. A sentence on the argument is enough
  • Something you have written, anywhere. A Reddit post or a long thread is fine; it does not need to be published

We read everything and reply to the ones we can take further. If you don’t hear back it means the idea wasn’t right for us, not that the writing was bad.
