This policy explains what Fantasy Football Pundit collects, what it does not, and what choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than the usual thing.

Several tools — the rank checkers, mini league analyser, manager comparison and captain analyser — ask for a Fantasy Premier League team ID. When you enter one, we request that team’s public data from the official FPL API and show you the result.

A team ID is public information: anyone with the number can look up the same data on the FPL website, and it is often linked to the manager’s name there. We store the results briefly so the page loads quickly if you or someone else looks up the same team again. We do not connect team IDs to you, build a profile from them, or share them.

A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. Ours fall into two groups:

Analytics cookies, set by Google Analytics, which tell us how the site is used.

Advertising cookies, set by Mediavine and its partners. These are what fund the site and keep every tool free. The section below is Mediavine’s own description of how they work.

Every browser can block or clear cookies — the help menu will tell you how. Blocking advertising cookies does not remove the ads; it means they are no longer personalised.

The Website collects the following data using a cookie when serving personalized ads:

• Operating System version
• Device Type
• Language of the website
• Web browser type
• Email (in hashed form)

Mediavine Partners (companies listed below with whom Mediavine shares data) may also use this data to link to other end user information the partner has independently collected to deliver targeted advertisements. Mediavine Partners may also separately collect data about end users from other sources, such as advertising IDs or pixels, and link that data to data collected from Mediavine publishers in order to provide interest-based advertising across your online experience, including devices, browsers and apps. This data includes usage data, cookie information, device information, information about interactions between users and advertisements and websites, geolocation data, traffic data, and information about a visitor’s referral source to a particular website. Mediavine Partners may also create unique IDs to create audience segments, which are used to provide targeted advertising.

The site is hosted on Vercel and our database runs on SiteGround. Both may process data outside the UK, under standard contractual safeguards.

Player and team data comes from the official Fantasy Premier League API and UEFA’s Fantasy feeds. When you look up a team ID, that request reaches their servers.

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to how it is used, or ask for a copy. Email fantasyfpundit@gmail.com and we will respond within a month.

In practice we hold very little about any individual. Without accounts, the most likely thing is an email you sent us or an FPL team ID we cached.
